The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

· Love & Moxie's use of personal information that you may submit to Love & Moxie through this Web site is governed by the Love & Moxie Privacy Policy.  Love & Moxie's Privacy Policy assures you we will only use your information to process your order. Your information will not be sold to any third parties. 


· Consumer Agreement

· PAYMENT GATEWAY: You can shop at Love & Moxie with confidence.  We have partnered with Square.  Security is engineered into Square hardware and software from the ground up. Your payments are encrypted to protect from hackers. ... All card-present payments are encrypted from end to end.


· Shipping & Delivery

· Love and Moxie uses USPS First Class shipping with tracking for the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Most orders will be $4.50, shipped in a bubble mailer envelope.  If your order is too large to fit into this box you will be contacted to confirm the USPS  small or medium flat rate box or the next appropriate size.  Please contact us for international shipping rates.


· International

· Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 
 

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Love & Moxie is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  Sales Tax

· Only California residents add 7.75% sales tax.  All others pay no tax.  Your sales tax will automatically be calculated at check out based on the zip code where the item will be shipped.


· Return Policy

· If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 5 business days after receipt of goods.  We will issue an RMA# for you to return it.  Please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 2 weeks.   We do NOT pay for return shipping.

· Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment less the outbound shipping charge.
